Lincoln is between phases in treatment and feeling good right now so we wanted to do something fun on Saturday. Fun we found! We hit up Atlantic Beach with our friends Megan and Tanner and had a great time. I will say it’s much different going with two toddlers and I Ryan and I definitely missed being able to swim and relax without a care in the world. But it of course was fun to have them with us too. They both really liked it overall. We’re loving living within a few hours of this little get-away.
Our cute friends are troopers to put up with us and our boys. Thanks for all the help!
Check out them two dermatologist stallions. Better believe they had the spf pumped up and the hats and glasses on all day. Such good examples to fellow beach goers.

This trip looks SO fun! I love it! You look so amazing. I would kill to have those abs and that bikini body of yours!!
I am so glad you finally got to the beach. I know I always say I don't think the boys look alike but in these pictures they do! What a fun day.
Wow how fun. Did you see any sharks. You know that you are right by where "JAWS" was filmed. Good luck getting all of the sand out of your boys hidden hiding places.
Love DAd
Fun! Cute, I like that last picture too. And you are looking good, so buff
Such cute little bods. Love the last picture. You look so great too Cheryl. Was the water warm?
You look AMAZING Cheryl. Love the first picture. I feel like you will look back on that and remember you and Ryan and all the drama and ups and downs... and see it all in that picture. Love the last picture. Love that you are always grateful. The boys look SO alike in all these. Are they wearing real swimsuits or just shorts?
P.S. You make it look so easy, even though I know it's the exact opposite.
P.P.S. Can't wait to come visit.
I love your family beach photos. I'm also super jealous of your fab bikini body post two kids. I'm going to channel that jealousy into happiness for you though, because I really am happy for you that you look so amazing.
There's nothing like a day at the beach to soothe the soul.
